Equitable School Supplies
We ask teachers what they need and we purchase supplies in bulk. Parents, friends and families contribute and we distribute the supplies to students’ classrooms before school starts in the Fall. The PTA of PS166Q started this program in 2013, and since then, the PTA has been able to provide the same supplies to all students at PS166Q each year and the silver lining is that parents and caretakers don’t have to shop for what’s needed.
If you’re able to, pay it forward and purchase supplies for another student at PS166Q who may not be able to afford them this year.
